Dave Alison’s goal is to train and educate 100,000 financial advisors over the next decade and a half, and through them, have an impact on 10 million clients and families.

Through his firm C2P Enterprises, he provides training on financial planning and practice management processes. The goals are to help more clients access quality, holistic plans and to make financial advisors more successful business owners.

“Our mission is to simplify the financial planning process for 1 billion people worldwide,” Alison said.

When he’s not training or teaching advisors, he’s working at Alison Wealth Management, which he opened in 2018 and which focuses on Silicon Valley executives.

His brother’s company had been acquired around that time by Facebook, and Alison saw the impact of such a transaction on families. Alison Wealth Management works with about two dozen clients and manages $100 million in assets, but those families have another $100 million elsewhere, he said.
